By providing their personal data to Trainunm through the electronic forms on the website or the application, the User (hereinafter, “User”) expressly consents that Trainunm, or any of its subsidiaries, process said data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Before registering, Users must read and accept this Privacy Policy. The account creation form will only be submitted if the User has expressly accepted the privacy policy.

Upon registration, the User must provide the following data to create their account: name, surname, email address and, if applicable to a professional profile, image. Additionally, provided that the User authorizes it, Trainunm will collect data about their location, including real-time geolocation of the mobile device or computer.

Once registration is complete, the User can access their profile and complete or edit it as they see fit. The information and data provided will be available in the user account and can be modified through the “edit profile” option, except for the email address. To change the email account, the User must request it by writing to support@trainunm.com.

The User undertakes to ensure that the data provided are real and truthful; they will be solely responsible for any damages that Trainunm or any of its subsidiaries, as well as third parties, may suffer due to the lack of truthfulness, inaccuracy, lack of validity or authenticity of the data provided.

The data collected by Trainunm or any of its subsidiaries will be used exclusively for the purposes defined in our General Terms of Use, which can be consulted at https://www.trainunm.com.

Applicable legislation to Users' personal data

The Trainunm platform (both in web format and App) is used by clients (Users) looking for professionals, and by the professionals themselves who offer their services. Information is collected directly and indirectly, as described below.

a) Profile picture
The User who registers as a professional may include their profile picture to complete the registration process. This processing is carried out in accordance with current data protection regulations. The User gives their express consent for their image to be used by Trainunm and published on their profile, in compliance with the regulations. This consent may be revoked at any time, after which the use of the image will cease.

b) Information that the User provides directly:

Registration Data: Name, surname and email address, necessary to create an account on the platform.

User Profile Information: Address where the service will be provided or any other additional data that the User decides to provide (e.g., photograph, date of birth, mobile phone number or ID). The User can edit this data in their profile. The User may also provide Trainunm with additional information to ensure better service or to comply with applicable regulations.

Information about communications with Trainunm: Any message, query or complaint will be managed by Trainunm via email, contact form or customer service.

c) Information that the User provides indirectly:

Data derived from the use of the Platform: Each time the User interacts with the Platform, Trainunm collects data about their behavior and navigation.

Application and device data: Trainunm may store the Internet IP address, device information, browser type and operating system, as well as the navigation path (URL).

User account data: Information about requests, ratings and/or comments that the User makes about the services.

Data derived from the User's origin: If the Platform is accessed through a third party (such as a social network), Trainunm may collect information about the origin of the visit.

Data derived from incident management: Messages received in the format used by the User for any claim or incident.

Data derived from “cookies”: Trainunm uses its own and third-party cookies for statistical purposes and to improve navigation.

3.3 The User may also receive promotional communications from third parties associated with Trainunm (e.g., Facebook, Google), always in accordance with the privacy settings on those platforms.

4.1 If the User connects their Trainunm account with social networks or other third-party platforms, Trainunm may receive information provided by those third parties, provided that it complies with the privacy policies of those platforms.

4.2 If the ownership of Trainunm changes or is acquired by a third party, Users will be informed so that their data can be transferred to the new entity, which can continue providing the services.

4.3 With the explicit consent of the User, Trainunm may transfer their data to associated third parties.

4.4 Payment for services can be made through the Platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or physically to the professional. For electronic payment, Trainunm will use secure systems to manage the operation.
