The main reasons could be:

  • Your bank or card is not accepted by our payment provider.
  • You have insufficient funds.
  • You have reached your daily, weekly, or monthly payment limit.
  • You were unable to validate your payment correctly.

It’s possible that it’s due to:

  • You are trying to book with less than 24 hours' notice.
  • The professional already has that time reserved.
  • The professional has that time blocked.

For the organization of the professionals, direct booking with less than 24 hours' notice is not enabled by default.

Possible causes:

  • Service not included in the professionals' price tables.
  • Category not included in Trainunm.

The Support team will review your claim as soon as possible and process the refund immediately.

NOTE: Cancellation fees may apply if it's less than 24 hours in advance.

t is not possible to edit the address of a service that has already been requested. If you want to arrange a different address, communicate it to the professional via the platform's chat.

If the professional cannot attend to the desired address, please cancel the service and find another professional who is available in that area.

For future bookings, remember to update your address details.

All your purchased info products will be available in the "My Info Products" section of your client account

Choose the service/personal trainer that best suits your needs and goals. Here are the steps you need to follow to book a service on Trainunm:

  1. Choose the service you want to book:

    • Online training
    • In-person training
    • Home in-person training
    • Group training
    • Seminar
    • Info product
  2. Choose when you want to train:

    • Single session (book only a specific hour)
    • Recurring training (book several hours per week)

 

  1. Select a time based on the professional's availability.

  2. Make the payment easily through Google Pay or Apple Pay in a secure and simple way.

  3. Once the payment is made, the trainer will receive the notification. As soon as they accept, you can use the chat to finalize the service details.

If the trainer does not confirm your reservation within 24 hours or directly cancels it, no charge will be made, and the payment will appear as "canceled.

If your cancellation is made 24 hours in advance or is justified according to the Cancellation Policy, you will receive a full refund for the service. Otherwise, the refund will not be processed.

In the reservation, the first services of your recurring service are paid.

After that, all scheduled services (i.e., those not canceled) for the following week are charged every Thursday.

You can view and manage the details of your recurring service (paid, used, and canceled services) in the service details found under "Upcoming Reservations.

Once you hire a service, the assigned trainer will have access to your form and history, allowing them to personalize your program according to your specific goals and conditions.

Filling out your profile completely and attractively will help you stand out among other trainers and reach more clients.

Remember, clients look for professionals with complete profiles and high-quality photos.

Create a profile that reflects the best of your training style. At Trainunm, we reward quality content, so make sure to offer a presentation that captures attention and builds trust.

When creating your account as a trainer, we will ask you to enter your qualifications and professional experience. This information will determine your level within the platform. The more certifications and experience you can provide, the higher your level will be, which will result in better positioning of your services on Trainunm.

At Trainunm, we reward professionalism and education, which will allow you to stand out and attract more clients

Once your trainer account is created, you will have access to the "Create Training" option, where you can create:

  • Online training
  • In-person training
  • Home in-person training
  • Group training
  • Seminar
  • Info product

The training sessions and info products will be positioned on the "feed" screen, and clients will find them by:

  • Location
  • Category
  • Trainer level
  • Rating
  • Price
  • Title

When a client hires your service, you will be notified to accept the personal training session. Be sure to check the notifications and don't miss any contracted services

All client payments will be in your Trainunm balance and can be withdrawn once you reach 100 euros. All transactions will be visible in the "Transactions" section and will be notified via email.

The trainer's form is automatically generated by us with each Trainunm user. Once the client hires a service, the trainer will have access to their form and the history of previous workouts.

Choose the hours and days your services are available for easier client booking.

You have several options:

  • Specific day
  • Repeat weekly

Remember, if you block a time, you will not be available for booking during that slot.
